How it works

Three steps. Zero rebuilding.

The friction in switching schedulers isn't the new tool — it's recreating every event type and updating every link on your site. We do both for you.

01

Scan

Paste your URL. Our scanner reads the public HTML and finds every Calendly link — direct URLs, inline widgets, popup buttons, iframe embeds, and JS snippets.

Takes ~3 seconds per page. Free.

02

Plan

We deep-scan each booking page to extract its questions, durations, and (where visible) team routing. You get a one-page replacement map with the old URL, the new URL, and ready-to-paste embed snippets.

Delivered to your inbox in ~5 minutes.

03

Migrate

Claim your free Salescadia organization — every event type is already there, matching what we found. Swap the URLs on your site using the replacement map. Done in one afternoon.

Free plan forever. No credit card to start.

The deliverable

What lands in your inbox

Why people switch

More features at every tier

Same starter price as Calendly, cheaper at Team, plus no-show protection Calendly doesn't offer at any plan.

Same $10/mo
more at Starter

Same entry price as Calendly Standard, but Salescadia adds no-show risk scoring, smart confirmations, and overbooking protection — Calendly doesn't offer those at any tier.

$1/seat/mo
cheaper at Team

$15/seat/mo vs Calendly's $16/seat for Teams — with round-robin, group scheduling, and a team no-show dashboard included.

Free forever
starter tier

Unlimited event types, calendar sync, and no-show risk scoring on Free. Calendly Free limits you to one event type and no risk scoring.

Optional AI
rep matching

Pro plan ($96/seat) routes leads to whoever's most likely to close, based on your historical conversion data. Calendly has no equivalent at any tier.

How we built this

A scanner you can trust.

We built this tool because we saw teams stay on Calendly for one reason: the cost of rebuilding every event type and updating every link wasn't worth the savings. Here's how we handle the parts that matter.

We read what's public

The scanner only fetches publicly accessible pages — the same content a search engine sees. Same `User-Agent: Salescadia-Scanner/1.0`. No headless-browser stealth, no auth-bypass tricks.

We respect robots.txt

If a path is disallowed, we skip it. The deep-extraction crawl is opt-in: it runs only on URLs you explicitly submit.

We don't store HTML

We extract the scheduler links and discard the page body. The only thing we keep is the URL, the count, and the list of detected links — for your spec sheet.

Your data stays yours

You can delete your scan history and lead record any time with one email to privacy@salescadia.com. We don't share scan data with third parties.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. The scanner reads the public HTML of your site — the same thing a search engine sees. For the event-type previews we hit each public Calendly URL once, parse its meta tags, and pattern-match the slug to generate a starter spec (name, duration, description, standard intake questions). No AI tokens, no headless browser, no Calendly login. If you want us to capture your actual custom Calendly questions (which Calendly only renders client-side, so they're not in public HTML), drop your email — the headless-browser deep scan is the email-gated follow-up.

Three things. First, a free Salescadia organization with every event type already created — same name, same duration, same questions where we could extract them, same routing where we could detect it. Second, a one-page replacement map (CSV + PDF) that lists every Calendly URL on your site, what page it lives on, and the Salescadia URL that replaces it. Third, ready-to-paste embed snippets for WordPress, Webflow, Framer, and plain HTML.

We can see the link itself and the questions on the booking page. We can't always tell whether a link is round-robin, collective, or one-on-one — that's hidden behind Calendly's auth. We assume one-on-one by default and let you toggle to round-robin during setup. We also can't see your internal availability rules or custom workflows; you'll bring those over manually (usually under 10 minutes).

We only read publicly accessible pages — the same content anyone with a browser can view. We respect robots.txt, identify our scanner via User-Agent, cap fetch sizes, and don't store the HTML we read. We treat the deep-extraction scan as opt-in: it only runs against pages you explicitly tell us to scan (your own site, or one you have permission to migrate).

Three things. (1) Same $10/seat starter price, but you get more — every Salescadia plan includes no-show risk scoring, smart confirmations, and overbooking protection, which Calendly doesn't offer at any tier. (2) Team is cheaper too: $15/seat vs Calendly's $16/seat, with round-robin scheduling included. (3) Optional AI prospect-rep matching on the Pro plan ($96/seat) routes leads to whoever's most likely to close, based on your historical conversion data.

They stay on Calendly. We don't touch your existing bookings or calendars. The migration plan only changes where new bookings get scheduled — you swap the links on your site, and new traffic flows into Salescadia. You can cancel Calendly the day after your last existing meeting completes, or keep both running in parallel during the transition.

Free plan forever (1 user, unlimited event types, no-show risk scores). Starter is $10/seat/mo. Team is $15/seat/mo and includes round-robin, group scheduling, team analytics, and a no-show dashboard. Pro is $96/seat/mo and adds AI matching, no-show shielding, and the ROI dashboard. All plans include a 30-day free trial. No credit card to start.
